"Fast and Friendly, but oof. $80 diagnostic charge for rolling my washing machine drum? That is on top of the $79 trip fee. It took us longer to write the check than it took for him to tell us what's wrong! The sticker shock could have been prevented with some transparency."

"I called for service on my refrigerator. The technician showed up, tapped on his phone for a minute, then told me the compressor for my refrigerator was discontinued and not available. He then charged $80 for the trip charge and $80 for labor. As soon as he left I found the compressor online, so I knew it was available. I called another appliance repair outfit, who came right out and verified it was the compressor. They had it in stock and installed the new compressor the next day. When I complained to Milwaukee Appliance I got no response whatsoever. Rip off."

"One year and 9 months ago I bought a stove that was missing a burner. Was promised it would be in shortly. Months went by and was told it's in shipment and was at various locations as it was to be in "next week" Last I heard from anyone was when I called them 8 months ago. Still no burner, still no phone calls from anyone to advise me status, still no phone calls of apology or here's what we'll do for you because of the issue. I will never buy from them again. Zero customer service."
