"I stopped in here hoping to find a new pair of work shoes after starting a part time job where I’m standing and walking on concrete for 9 hours straight. After the first shift, my feet were screaming that they needed help! I have had achy feet before, but not pain to this level. I was also hurting in my knees, my lower back, and even my hips (which was a new one for me). I explained all this to the employee, Jack, and he right away had some ideas for shoes. After measuring my feet (and learning I’ve been wearing the wrong size my whole adult life) Jack grabbed several pairs of shoes for me to try. He didn’t just hand me some boxes and leave me to try things, he worked with me the entire time. He was asking questions and was attentive to my feedback. After several rounds of trial and error, I ended up with a pair that felt like I was walking on marshmallows. And all the pain was relieved. I knew this was the one. Jack informed me of the 30 day trial period (unheard of for shoes) and told me to keep coming back until we got it right. I am happy to report I have not had to go back, as the pair I left with has been fabulous. This is all thanks to Jack’s attentive and knowledgeable service. The assistance Jack provided is unmatched in all my life. I never realized retail service could be so outstanding. I will be back for my future shoe needs and am recommending this store to everyone I know!"

"We walked in and someone helped us right away. I believe it was the owner himself. He checked our feet, the way we walked, arch support, size, etc. asked tons of questions. Came out with 4 pairs for each myself and my husband. Had us try everything on. We ran on their track to see which shoe fit best. We ended up each buying a new pair of shoes and we are so excited about it. Fast, easy, in & out, and we felt really taken care of! Reasonably priced. Shoes are expensive anywhere you go, but it is an investment to make sure you have good running shoes. He didn’t try up selling us, or pressuring us, we just enjoyed the honestly & help!"
