"I have been going to this location frequently and love the quality and the design of the clothes but recently have been finding some staff to be less than helpful. One staff in particular - Kelly has been very rude on numerous occasions and is very pushy about opening up a credit card. I should not have to decline a credit card multiple times while trying to check out. This makes me want to shop at other locations from now on."

"Wow! I love Maurice’s and wow what a very disappointing disgusting experience. I was not greeted. Who ever the manager is deserves no stars. I heard the conversation between maybe a regional manager and a manager. Go have your meeting somewhere else and not in front of a customer. Especially when they are arguing. Then when I went to check out. The manager was extremely bossy. You do not need to blame the customer just because you’re in a bad mood. I am not very happy with Maurice’s customer service. Zero stars that experience. They need better customer service in there.."

"I have been shopping at this location since 2006. Today I came in and experienced the worst customer service I have ever had. I never leave horrible reviews when it comes to shopping because I know retail is hard. I was not greeted by anyone, and they refused to do my online return because I didn’t have my hard copy receipt. When I asked the woman working there to look it up under a different phone number she refused. I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION"

"Can be pricey, but definitely one of my all time favorite stores to go to especially for womens/juniors Jean's. Something I wasn't really aware of (especially when I was wearing plus size clothes) there's plus clothes available here and cute stuff too. Wish I woulda known back then....oh well"
