"Two employees I dealt with were great. The front end lady was bubbly personable and very helpful. The young man in the back didn't speak but smiled under his Jurassic Park mask. They seemed to actually be enjoying the day and my food was perfect. From the crisp pepperoni to the perfectly baked pasta. Best experience I had in a while."

"This has to be the worst experience ever. I ordered online .I got a text at 5:25 saying my order was out for delivery .( I live 5 blocks away) at 6:05. I called to see where and why my delivery was taking so long . It showed up at 6:20. It was, of course, cold . She did not but offer excuses for why it was late ,only one driver The person on the phone was so rude at one point she set the phone down and I could hear her talking to someone about me .I asked for a number I could call to complain about the service , she stated she would have her GM call me and hung up .By this time I upset ,I run up there and she is on the phone with the GM as I'm standing there she is telling the GM yes she got order ,yes she got sauces ,no the pizza wasn't burnt .I then said, "You can tell him it took 45 minutes, and it's cold ."You can tell him I'm here now, and I want my refund. My husband will not be ordering from there again .There are plenty of other places to order good pizza from for $50 . One large pan pizza with sausage ,mushroom .double order of bread sticks."

"I ordered a medium pan & it was good. Initially, she said 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called cuz I hadn't received it yet. They only had one delivery driver. He then arrived. Pizza was ok."

"Ordered family pasta and literally got one tray full of Alfredo sauce and the other with barely anything in it. Currently trying to get in touch with restaurant but no answers to the phone or someone does and then hangs up."
