"Try not to order at this place, as they frequently get orders wrong. Only my second time ordering from here and it's the second time they got my order wrong, but this time they got TWO things wrong. They forgot my drink and one of my sauce packets I PAID EXTRA FOR. I had to go out of my way to call the store back and they fixed it, they had ANOTHER door Dasher to bring me a soda 15 minutes later when my food was already cold. Nothing was done about the sauce."

"this is my first time actually getting pizza from them, as they have cancelled my delivery order despite supposedly being open multiple times (I order around 8 usually). Like y’all could have at least tried. I get that you’re closing, but I didn’t even recognize what those cinnastix were when i opened that box and thought they were some undercooked breadsticks. Do better y’all, you’re the only Pizza Hut within delivery distance of UWM. Think of the bank you could make."

"Ordered spicy garlic wings got them they looked like parmesean wings that weren't even tossed. I was told they spicy garlic is an in between taste of garlic and parmesean by staff. Which is wrong. Wings werent spicy or had no garlic. Paid for extra cheese didn't look like any different from the other pizza in my order. Food taste as if it was hours old. I usually go hard for pizza hut. It's literally the only place who pizza I loved. I might be done after this. The Past month 4 out of 6 orders were wrong."

"This experience could have been great however I was missing my sauce for the breadsticks and the person who took my order on the phone confirmed that I wanted sauce and im sure I pa8d for sauce. so those breadsticks ended up in the garbage because without sauce it's equivalent to chewing on a cardboard box. So since these breadsticks went into the trash I might as well just have thrown away $7 or shredded it it probably would have had or moisture than the breadsticks."

"There really are no words to describe how horrible this location is. Ordered 3 pan pizzas a few weeks ago. Received 3 pizzas with unproofed dough that were closer to thin crust than pan. Had to contact the corporate office as they do not actually answer their phones in the store. I was given a coupon for a free large pizza. Today i redeemed the coupon. The pizza I received was worse than the first order. The crust was crunchy and flat. Cheese was cold and hard. The actual outer crust was all broken up and dry. This is, by far, the worst pizza I have had in my life. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location if you want pizza hut. You will be severely disappointed if you order from here."
