"Edited review: Recently, my friends and I had an extremely negative experience with one of the bartenders; however, someone in our group talked to the owner, and the situation was dealt with very quickly and appropriately, which was much appreciated. You can tell that the owner truly cares about the customers and professionalism. When I have visited here previously, I have really enjoyed the variety of drinks that are offered, with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. My personal favorite is the salted caramel latte. I am very hopeful that future experiences will be a lot more positive and that our negative experience was just a one-time thing"

It's great to see the owner truly cares about the customers and their experience. "TL;DR The atmosphere was great, I loved the aesthetic for the 15 minutes I was there. The service really shell shocked my group and we left before we even ordered food. Our table wasnt acknowledged for a solid 10 minutes. Then when the server came to our table, they asked for ID's then went from 0-100 real quick, automatically accusing us of fake IDs after seeing our Illinois license. And then excused their behavior by trauma dumping on my table for a solid minute or 2. Don't get me wrong I hope their child is safe and well, but it was unprofessional and killed the mood of our table straight away. They proceeded to leave the table to get a note pad, and after 5 minutes of waiting, we decided that it was ridiculous and left the place."
