As the day went on, the water heater started leaking more, and quit working all together. Called back and they worked on getting us someone out over the weekend and worked with us on financing options. Later that evening the owner of 608, Joe got a hold of me with some questions, got us a quote, and actually showed up that same evening and got our water heater swapped out after 9PM!
