"We purchased a used vehicle from Morrie’s - very happy with the car and the sale went well. However, getting paperwork for the title was a nightmare. Phone calls not returned. Given info that paperwork was in the works or mailed when it wasn’t. Finally got paperwork just over 2 months after purchase and had to pay a late fee in Iowa where we live because it was over 30 days. If not for paperwork issue, we would have given them 5 stars."

"This was my first time back in a while. Things seem to be improving. I know sometimes they do a small video at the time of the oil change, at my visit they did not for some reason. I am not too worried about it they told me that everything was good. Although I do think the video is a cool added feature. The people of course are extremely nice. I wish they would be fixing the car wash but I guess that is not the case at this time. I am looking forward to other improvements they may be making."
