"My car isn't very old and doesn't have any visible rust other than the quarter panel they replaced a little over a year ago.. The paint is cracked about 4in and it's starting to rust. My car was there over a week and insurance paid them over $3k to fix it after someone backed into my car. I heard bad things about them but it was after I had dropped my car off. If you want your car to still look good later on DO NOT GO THERE!"
"Very poor service. Would not recommend them to anyone. I went in and asked for an estimate to give my insurance company (the shop was recommended by State Farm) They ordered parts for my car that I did not approve of, then charged me a restocking fee. Its been over a month and they still have not sent in the paper work to my insurance saying I've paid the fee. Consequently my insurance company is holding the check until they get this paper work for Gary's Auto shop."
