"Been here two hours. One truck was in shop. No other truck here to be worked on. So we noticed no one was in shop for maybe the last hour or so but guess on ly one person can change a tire. When I see multiple mechanics walk around with nothing to do. Kinda bad for a company to hold u up for a tire when you have capable people that can change it."

"If you need a tire change. Find another tire shop. I have waited 4 hours and still got no response from tire shop then found somebody else to change tire. Never ever come to this tire shop."

"This people are professional THIEVES. I know this won't get me my money back, but at list, I can worn others!!! Even tho you tell them exactly what is wrong with your truck, they will suggest another thing and tell you it's going to work and make you wait and fix other things and tell you we are sorry but you were right the problem is what you said it was. Now you have all the other things they fixed on top of what you tell them to fix in first place. I know writing this won't hurt the company, but I am a driver, and I know how we get the money and what we sacrifice to get it, or maybe it's only me. BE CAREFUL TO WHAT THEY TELL YOU BECAUSE SOON ENOUGH YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A BILL YOU DIDNT EXPECT!!!!"

"Some really nice people there I was having problems with my windshield wiper Arm kept going off my window they fixed it up no problem for free and just told me to go on my way really nice guys I appreciate it"

"The employees here need an attitude adjustment and are absolute trash. I'm surprised that you can even call this a truck stop when the employees treat truckers like absolute trash. I've been to many Loves Travel stops in my time and this is by far the worst I've ever been to. If I could give zero stars, I would."
