"The employees, parking, showers are good but they need to solve their fuel island problem. Trucks get fuel and just park there while three trucks are waiting to fuel each pump, i always stop here for fuel and they can never fix this problem. Sometimes you may lose an hour to get fuel."
"If i could give it no stars, I would. It was so bad. To start with, you have to check yourself out. But if you're buying tobacco, they have to help you, which requires you to wait for someone to come. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. They had a sign on the bathroom doors. They said someone ran to the store to get some, but they had toliet paper on the shelf in the store they could have pulled off of the shelf and put in their own bathrooms for customer use. I asked if they had Napkins and the guy said we have paper towel but then just stood there not getting me some??? I walked over to the coffee area to grab Napkins. All but one area was without Napkins. Then proceeded to the dirty bathroom. If they had cleaned the bathroom maybe they would have realized sooner that the tp was low before running out. I returned into the store to buy a coffee. The coffee was awful. It was all water. They had no regular creamer, no half and half, just powdered creamer but no stir sticks. Offered us to go next door to Wendy's and grab a spoon. Hey employee, why don't you go to Wendy's and grab some spoons to put over here for your customers. I do a lot of traveling and love pilot gas stations, but this one puts them to shame. The parking lot has a lot of garage lying around as well. The staff seemed to be unphased by the fact that they had run out of needed items to ensure a customer friendly and positive experience. Next trip to this area we will choose Kwik Trip across the highway!"
