They took care of the faucet replacement quickly and perfectly. Great customer service from everyone I dealt with. Absolutely recommend and will definitely use them again for other needs. "This company is extremely shady and dishonest. Avoid at all costs! They billed me for time spent allegedly doing work at my business that 1. We didn't ask them to do. 2. That they didn't do. 3. There was no contract to do 4.We were in the same room working the entire day and they were not there!! I think I would have noticed if 3 people showed up!!! Absolute lunacy."

"We tried Buchner for a quote on a check valve installation. They inspected for a quote like we asked. The first 2 guys could not do it, so they told my wife they would send a different plumber to look. They never mentioned any sort of charge for the second guy to inspect it. After the inspection and getting our quote, we ended up going with another plumbing company. 3 weeks later, we get a bill for hundreds of dollars from Buchner that we knew nothing about. I called to sort it out with them since we did not sign off or agree to them doing any chargeable work. When talking to Gary on the phone, he was very unprofessional and would interrupt me as I was trying to explain the situation. He then proceeded to tell me I am just trying to get out of paying for the work they did (Which I never agreed to or asked for). Then he abruptly hung up on me. I was told by others they have had the same thing happen as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Would never recommend."
