"*update- they did end up calling and refunding us our service fee. I would not recommend this company. Since we don’t go down there everyday, two days after our furnace was serviced (by a very nice technician) we found water in our basement because the drain hose on the water softener had been pulled out of the drain. I don’t know if he pulled it out to better access the furnace (the drain is directly in front of the furnace) or if he knocked it out accidentally, but enough water sprayed out to damage an entire wall in that room. When my husband called to notify them of this, the person he spoke to suggested that maybe it got knocked out by a child, a pet, or it fell out on its own and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. We have a 4 month old, a cat, and the furnace is in a closet. The company’s remedy was to have a talk with the service technician which does nothing for us. I would think after damaging an entire wall in our basement they would at least offer to refund the service fee. In short, we were not satisfied with this company and will never use them in the future."

"I have been doing business with Cary for over 25 years and they never disappoint whether it’s service on my A/C or furnace. They’re very responsive. My furnace died on Wednesday. The weather had broken cold so we were in for -13 degrees overnight. They came out on Wednesday and gave me the verdict and choices of repair or replace. They left me with space heaters to keep the worst of the cold at bay as well. It’s Friday (the first week in JANUARY) and they’re here replacing my unit. The crew that came are very professional and efficient. Nick was very helpful consulting on the replacement requirements. Thanks to everyone at Cary!!"
