"Made 2 trips to store to get a simple question answered about a Stihl saw that I had purchased from their store. Owner refused to involve mechanic. Had purchased multiple saws, trimmers, and a blower from them but will never again. Last week purchased a new $1000+ pro saw from real Stihl dealer in LaCresent who answered a simple question that helped me get my older saw up and running. Gave you 2 stars only because you have good employees but ownership gets 0"

"Awesome help when needed! Also if you're polite they give generous scoops of minnows(: My first job was at a different Ace, I loved it. I claim to be an expert in the nuts n' bolts department (Hillman), but I had to ask for help last time. Older gentleman brought me right to the rubber washers! (I forgot they had 2 aisles lol, our Ace had one long aisle)"
