"Food orders are always correct. The staff have great personalities! When dining in with my sister the interaction the employee (Logan) was warm and friendly. He checked on us while eating to see if we needed anything. I have never had that happen at a fast food place. ."

"Whoever the franchise owner of this location is or literally anyone who has a say in staffing should shut this place down and completely re do the employment structure. I've come here three times never once have I had a respectful or just generally decent employee interaction, the order done right, or been out within a reasonable time. I would understand the wait if the interaction was semi decent and the order was right but this BK is a literal dumpster fire and needs help ASAP. I would strongly urge no one to go here until some major changes are made, stop giving them your money!"

"Normally I order and have everything made fresh, cause if you don't some times you get some rock hard food. I ask the guy taking orders he is the food pretty fresh if not I'll wait for the good to be made fresh, and he was like yeah the foods fresh. I take his word for it, get home 10 minutes later, and amazing enough, I get a really dry sandwich, and hard chicken nuggets. Amazing"
