"My daughter ordered a bean burrito with no onions and extra sauce at this location she brought it home, It was cold. I opened it up, guess what there's onions. No extra sauce and the cheese isn't even melted. As you can tell the beans are crusted, we obviously got the bottom of the barrel. This is the worst product I have ever received from a Taco Bell and this is very unacceptable."
"Mobile order. Wait behind a truck for 30 minutes to get my food. Eventually leave the drive-thru and go inside because I heard them say my name to the truck in front of me. She says they made mine first which whatever. She says she will go grab it. 10 minutes or more pass by before she brings the food to me.. A 40 minute experience. This location is A+! Update: we just threw the food out. My wife is by no means picky. The food was completely cold"
"Called ahead to make sure they were open and that they were serving breakfast (4 other times in the last few months they were either closed unexpectedly or out of breakfast items), the employee advised they were open and serving breakfast for another 45 mins. I made the drive and arrived 15 mins after the phone call. While placing my breakfast order, I was stopped and informed that they were no longer serving breakfast! I had a $30 order that they missed out on....again."
"If I could do zero stars I would. Rude service, gave me attitude just cause I wanted to change my drink, crunch wrap supreme was not even wrapped completely, Nacho had little to no cheese, no meat. Service was slow and pathetic. Disappointed compared to over locations in the area. Horrible management."
"We were only people in line, for some reason the lobby was closed 7-20-23. Ordered nachos that barely had any cheese on it. Didn’t get any sauce we asked for. There were 5 people working inside."
