"The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cannot give no stars. This group is unprofessional, poor at communicating, and incompetent. Most of my dealings were with "MIke". I initially chose this local business to repair my snow blower because they offered to pick up and drop off the snow blower within the week. They were unable to do this. I have no idea what was done to my snow blower because I have received no receipt or documentation of the repair. At one point I was told 1 part was replaced, another time that 2 parts were replaced, and another time that just the carburetor needed to be cleaned. The snow blower was returned and still does not work. When I called, Mike told me he didn't care and hung up the phone. I would steer you away from this company. There are other groups in town that do a much better job."

"I had dropped off the top end of my dirt bike for a valve adjustment and cylinder hone. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told it would be done Friday. I hadn't heard anything as of Friday so I stopped in to check to see if it was done. They hadn't even started working on it yet. It's early spring so they are swamped with people getting their bikes tuned for the season. So I understood and it wasn't a big deal to me. Well at 6pm Friday I get a call from cycle pros. They close at 5 so I was confused. Turns out they had stayed late to finish my parts. I was really impressed. Customer service like that just doesn't exist anymore. Definitely check them out for sales or service. I'll be doing business with them again."

"I've had my motorcycles serviced here a handful of times. Sometimes the service is pretty good and sometimes it is not so good. If you need tires changed and you bring in your wheels off the bike, they usually have a pretty good turn around time. If you need to bring your motorcycle in for servicing, the amount of time to get it back varies. I waited longer than expected and paid more than estimated the last time I was there so it reflects in my review. They guys that work there are nice but I am not planning to go back unless I have to, or need to get tires replaced with the wheels off the bike. They do however have an exceptional selection of quality lawn and snow removal equipment. As far as the quality of the lawn and snow removal equipment servicing goes, I can not say because i have not had any of my equipment serviced there."
