"Misleading pricing, rude and surprise! an extra $600.00 to the quote. Claimed it was because he could not get new, so there was a core charge. It was never mentioned, simply added on. When questioned he essentially told us to F off. We then found the cores in the shop-paid to ship-he claimed box arrived empty. When asked if he could do anything about it (you know, some kind of goodwill to keep a customer) we were blown off again. And don't forget the CC convenience fees......"

I only paid 2k for what I had done but unforseen circumstances led to a valve adjustment, a valve adjustment on my truck is hard and not many people know how to do it. They brought someone in to do it and I know it was approximately a $800 value that they did not charge me for. I plan on paying them for there generosity."
