"Not that it matters to this multi-million dollar company, but they have lost a loyal customer. I’m very disappointed. I had to make an exchange for something and the only option was for them to place an order online. I specifically asked them how long it would take because if it was going to be too long, I’ll choose something else because I needed it. Told me 3-5 days. Great, awesome, I can do 3-5, even 7 days. We finish the transaction, Asher (I think that’s their name) prints the receipt and it says mid June (a whole month later). I ask why it says mid-June and they tell me “oh, I’m not sure why it says that. That’s wrong— it’ll be 3-5 days”. Low and behold, it’s been almost two weeks now and hasn’t even been shipped. Now I feel lied to. Did they tell me 3-5 days to meet some corporate # expectations for online orders? Because I made it clear I wouldn’t place the order if it had to take too long. I came back in and spoke with a lady, asking if they could cancel the order as it is on my account. Said I needed the receipt for it to double check the date. Does their system not allow them to look up customer accounts and see past history of what they’ve gotten? I asked her that and she said no, not without a receipt. I am beyond frustrated and will no longer be shopping at Victoria’s Secret. First the quality of their products went down yet the prices went up, now they have poor customer service. I’d rather get my bras at target or spend even more $$ to get a decent, high quality bra that I know will last and not have the underwire stab me. Not shopping at a VS again unless this problem is addressed."
