"Waited 1 hour. Hostess said 30 minutes. When I checked on status they told me they seated someone under my name. Then seated others after. Other than the bar tender being really helpful. Front end ladies seemed not to care about situation at all. So my wife and I left. Very disappointed in LA Crosse olive garden"
"When we went in we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. We asked if we could wait at the bar and we were told yes, that they would come get us. We waited 30 minutes, realized everyone who had been waiting was seated, and new people coming in were being seated. We asked about being seated and we were told they would seat us soon. Another 15 minutes went by... We finished our drinks and paid the bar tab and left."
"I had a wonderful experience this weekend for my husband's birthday lunch. There was 13 of us and 4 of them were kids. Our server was great very patient and funny. He was very attentive! Food came out fast and hot!"
