"I personally think 5 guys burgers is a great burger and fries place. Food quality is exactly as expected! All the food was hot and tasted great. The staff were friendly and focused on their job. The lobby was actually dirty… looked like someone spilled an entire soda and it dried. There were only 3 people working Friday night, so I assume they just could not get to the cleaning."
"We liked this place. Decor was fun. Service was good, as were the burgers. Loved the fact we could "customize" our burgers with toppings. The Cajun fries were fantastic, and there were lots of them! Prices were on upper end. Disappointed that Five Guys asked for a tip on the computer screen but still had a tip jar on the counter for its employees. Are we paying the business to help pay their employees? I don't want to think so..."
"The food was really good here BUT the workers lack any sense of urgency. There was about 5 parties in the store and orders were coming out once every 5-9 minutes. We waited about 17 minutes for our food. The two trash cans by the front door are overflowing with bags even some on top. The condiment bar trash can is also overflowing all tables were disgusting when we walked in and another customer even left this lovely note for them!"
