Panera Bread

"It took 45 minutes to get a sandwich and soup even though it was only moderately busy and adequately staffed from what I could tell… aaaand they forgot the sandwich as 2 employees were laughing and talking to each other while I was given my bag…. so I had to drive all the way back after noticing when I got home, and one of the employees that was talking just turned around and grabbed the sandwich that she forgot on the table in the kitchen and gave it to me, without looking at me or saying so much as a word, when I asked if it was still back there, and promptly went back to chatting. By then my sandwich and soup were both almost completely cold and I wasted over an hour of my life waiting for food and having to drive home, then back to Panera, then back home again."

"This location is severely mismanaged. When I first started coming to this location a couple years ago it was nice. Lately they have had significant problems. The last order they gave us a completely different salad than the one ordered. There was also Tuna smeared on the inside of the bag; Neither of us ordered Tuna. The time before that we orders the food an hour in advance and had to wait a half hour past our order time to get our food. At the time having got off a 10 hour flight and driven 4 hours I had no patience left. Another time I had a working lunch and everyone on the team ordered Panera for lunch to go. My meal was missing even though we were charged. They said they would deliver, and showed up later with the wrong sandwich. Drove over to get the right sandwich, and received the incorrect sandwich again. Even though I generally like Panera Bread this location struggles. Update- My wife has wanted to eat at Panera since we have had a couple decent experiences, but on the third visit we order our food to eat in, and my food was in a bag like it was a to go order."

"I usually love ordering from Panera because the food is great, but this location is always out of items on the menu, especially the Caesar salads. When we do order other salads, the lettuce is pink half the time. We have recently ordered sandwiches that do not have enough ingredients on them to be worth the amount of money this place costs. We are going to start ordering elsewhere for sandwiches/salads to go."
