Express Immigration Service

"A friend of mine goes in to speak to the business owner (I’m assuming) and she had a couple questions she wanted to ask about immigration since her husband would like to immigrate to the US. She first spoke to the receptionist who was very polite and respectful. The receptionist went to tell the business owner that my friend was there needing some immigration assistance. This woman comes out to speak to my friend and she listens to my friend’s question and then with the most obnoxious and disrespectful attitude asks my friend why she is wasting her time asking her these questions. Perhaps my friend is asking these questions about immigration because this is supposed to be your field of expertise, duh. She was so rude to my friend that my friend wanted to go off on her but the business owner started walking away showing absolutely no respect or professionalism whatsoever! I’m appalled by this woman’s attitude and her completely disrespectful demeanor. To top it off, while my friend was trying to ask her questions a “client” comes up to ask the business owner something about a document and the snotty business owner talked down to her making her feel like she was stupid. Do not go to this woman for help, she is basically an a$$h@le. She isn’t even an attorney."
