"Words cannot express how truly thankful I am for CARECEN. Without their services I would not have been able to move forward with this new season in my life. I was informed of their services through my college and from the beginning everyone I have spoken to has been so helpful and connected me to the right people. They are very kind and communicative. I highly recommend seeking help from them. Shoutout to Abraham for being so patient and diligent with me. I was extremely nervous but he reassured me and thoroughly explained to me every step we had to take. Despite only speaking to each other through emails and calls, since I live in San Diego, he would always reply to my emails in a timely manner and would answer my calls or would return any missed calls. Thank you so sooo much!"
"This review is long overdue. I called the day labor office and the gentleman that answered was more than helpful. I had a difficult job to do. That is to bring a heavy leather couch up 8 flights of stairs to my apartment. One stout man and one thinner younger man came to do the job. I told the guy this was a job for 4 people. He said don't worry about it my guys can do it. I have to say it was nothing short of a miracle the extremely heavy leather couch is now in my apartment. Really, nothing short of a miracle. The one stout guy took it on his back and barely rested on his way up the stairs. I love CARECEN the workers are awesome. Thank you so much for helping me with the couch! The organization is well organized. I highly recommend them for any labor needs you may have. If I could, I'd find another way to support them, but for now I urge everyone who reads this to hire their workers whenever possible. Thank you."
"Today Citizenship, Henry 1 message No attachment 11:27 AM Re: [EXT]--Re: Trang NGUYEN Fam Intake Phone (5/3 at 10:30 am) Let me share my experience about Henry' services today. 1) Our schedule was 10:30 am today but Henry did not called me at the time. I emailed Henry at 10:34 am and then got 2 calls from him at 10:44 am but I cannot hear anything. I called back and was able to talk to him. My experience is you were not on time for the schedule as at least text me that you are late and will call me at later time. No matter how busy you are, you need to communicate well with the customer 2) I already submitted the intake form and clearly stated my income. If you reviewed it and decided that I am not eligible for the service due to my income, then you should have informed me at the beginning and not wasting my time. You called, asking my household income first (very begining), then asking my info, my parents info, their history, etc... for 20 MINUTES, and said I am not eligible due to my income. Why did not tell me this at the begining after I stated the income. This is unprofessional and disappointed. This is big waste of time. I was the customer at CARECEN with Stephanie and she did amazing good job. She helped me with my green card 2 year, green card 10 years and my Citizenship. Unfortunately, her team does not handle petition so I need to reach out to you. But you did very bad services. This is my experience and I hope your company can take it seriously as this can ruin your business"
"Calling the Los Angeles center is a nightmare, I can never get hold of anyone. This center needs to open up again, the staff should get back to work already. The pandemic is over. Your not helping people this way."
"I am very disappointed. My case has been seating in someone’s file cabinet for 3 years. Every time I call them they tell me the person assigned to my case is no longer with them and that my case hasn’t been transferred to someone else. They could at least tell me, they can not help me so I can look for an attorney. Very unprofessional."
