"This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. I've had every version if birria on the menu and they're all delectable. The birria pizza is my favorite overall because it's perfect to share with another person (and we still have leftovers). The queso reminds me of nacho cheese sauce (not in a bad way) it has a little spice unlike some other places, and the salsa reminds me of a charcoal roasted salsa. All delicious. I've been here multiple times and will continue to use them as my Woodbury restaurant meetup location."

"Our party greatly enjoyed our visit to Machete Cocina Mexicana! The restaurant was clean with quick service and amiable staff. Our party got the Mangonada Margarita which was very fresh and well-balanced. We also got the handmade corn quesadilla (veggie) and a specialty taco platter with al pastor, tinga de pollo, and pork belly. The pineapple on the al pastor taco was super fresh and flavorful. The pork belly taco was pleasantly spicy. Overall, a delicious, filling meal and we definitely plan to return"

"Hands down, best Smokey jalapeño margarita I've ever had and I've ordered them in many restaurants throughout the US. I really enjoy their 3 hard shell taco app as my dinner (chips and salsa fill me up!). Their homemade salsa is served warm which I enjoy, but if you like spice, ask for their hot salsa verde to accompany the house salsa. Excellent flavor all around, very fun decor. Parking is easy & the service is always very friendly. Great for a date night or out with friends. Good for kids!"
