Pizza Hut

"I ordered a pizza online something glitched did I called to try and get it fixed. Boone would answer. When they finally did they didn’t hang the phone up. I won’t say what I heard while they thought the phone was off it’s too trashy. Then finally I got ahold of someone higher up and they sent me a pizza that glitched off my order. Which was great! I appreciate that. However when my order was delivered it looked like it was tossed around and I would not let my kids eat it. Management was not helpful I’ve escalated the issue to corporate. The best option they had was an instore credit. No thanks I’ll never be ordering again. And I will let my family up here know what happened and have them pass the word on as well. Photos of how my pizza arrived! Unreal! I will also never tip until my order arrives and is checked because for this I would not have tipped!"

"Honestly a mixed review. The pizza we ordered was perfect. Cheese stuffed crust was cooked to perfection. We dined in, unfortunately the restaurant was a mess and absolutely FREEZING!!"

"I ordered curbside pickup and notified them that I was there. I sat in my car for 10 minutes until I decided to call. I eventually had to go inside which defeats the whole curbside service. And my pizza was sitting in the warmer probably ready the whole time. The guy who was working didn’t even realize I had a curbside order even though I had notified the app and called. Poor service."

"After being disappointed with a competitor (see my profile), I tried The Hut. Yes, their stuffed crust is twice as expensive but you get what you pay for: quality, attention to detail, and customer service that goes above and beyond! I can definitely taste the love and need to retain customer loyalty in every bite! Sadly, I am a poor so can only order from here with tons of delivery discounts, but if I had the money, I would make this my regular pizza delivery routine every week! Keep up the good work!"

"We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a long time. Mostly our experience has been good! This time ordered the Box Combo and some boneless chicken wings. It was disappointing to see a blueberry size chicken wings inside. Took a picture of the chicken wing box. Customer service was below average. May be a busy day but showed no smile! On the other hand, the Box Combo was great as always."
