"Every time I go here they forget at least 1 thing from my order. It makes no sense to drive all the way back for a taco but it's irritating. Today we just ordered a chalupa box, a steak burrito, and a doritos Supreme taco and they missed the taco. I don't think that was that complicated of an order and if it happened infrequently I'd forgive and forget but it literally happens every time."

"I love Taco Bell during a road trip! However, it took a long time for our order as nobody was working the front counter... or at all! We ordered using the self-serve order machine... Then waited for someone to come from the back to come up and make it. The windows had finger prints all over it. Then men's room was out of order, and the women's room was dirty as reflected in the photos..."
