"My daughter and I stopped in Hudson at Perkins for breakfast on our way home from the Taylor Swift concert. It was Sunday morning and Perkins was pretty busy but we were seated right away, and our beverage order was taken by the host and delivered by our server. Our sweet server, I believe her name was Hannah, came by and we ordered. I ordered the Hearty (wo)Man Platter and my daughter ordered the chicken fried steak. Note: these meals also came with pancakes or muffins but we took our muffins to go. First of all, both plates came with tons of food, way more than we could eat, even though I was very hungry! I would have loved a slightly better price point with a little less food. The hash browns were pretty soft and mushy— I would have much preferred them crispy. My daughter really liked her chicken fried steak and my eggs and bacon were done perfectly to my liking. Our server was efficient in checking on us and getting us our bill!"
"Walked in with my daughter and waited at the Please Wait to Be Seated sign for 4 minutes before a person even came out. After we were seated they brought out our beverages (no straws) and then we waited another 10+ minutes for a waitress. Finally got our orders in and about 5 minutes later the waitress (who looked exhausted) brought over silverware bundles wrapped in a dirty napkin. While we waited another 20 minutes for our food, we watched 3 people wait at the register for about 5 minutes for someone to come run their card. We also saw another order get sent back to the kitchen for some reason. Combine this with the number of flies buzzing over our heads, and I would say it is unlikely I would ever set foot in here again. We still haven't gotten our food as I write this review. Wait, here it comes. Well half of it. The other half was someone else's order. The side of fries sure has shrunk since my last time at a Perkins."
