"Had the sweetest experience at Post tonight-went in after the hot air balloon festival at 4-they seated us and no one checked on us for a little while. After a bit, we flagged down a server, and I’m assuming the manager came over and was SO sweet and kind and offered to comp our drinks and app. She then needed to move us to a different table because of a reservation that came in and some obvious mistake of where the host seated us. Because of this, she also comped dessert for us. It was so kind of her and the whole experience was very old school restaurant vibes of service and hospitality and so welcoming. It was seriously one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in so long, and I was so thankful! Also all of the food was absolutely delicious and the place is adorable."

"We decided to try the Post, we had reservations and we were promptly seated. However no server appeared for 15 minutes until we flagged down someone. There had been lack of communication between the person who sat us and any of the servers. This server then offered to take us and she was great, prompt, friendly and helpful. She even wrote out a dessert menu for us. The food was ok, the tomato bisque soup was great, and the chicken wild rice soup very good. The perch fingers were cooked in oil that was a bit too cool making them extra greasy. The mahi mahi was a bit dry, it needed a sauce. The vegetables were good. My wife's walleye was decent though the breading was a bit plain. All in all ok food but Hudson just has much better choices with more well run kitchens"

"You Absolutely have to Try the breakfast here. I had the classic Benny, they need to rename it the Spectacular Benny, perfectly cooked in every way. I've heard nothing but great things about the food, I'm so glad I stopped in for breakfast. This is a go to Sunday spot. Well done Chef"

"We came here on a quick stopover to Minnesota. There were other restaurants that were open but this looked interesting. It is the old post office in Hudson! The interior was beautiful but we decided to sit outside as it was a beautiful night. We had an awesome server named Laylah and we could not be more pleased. We ordered chicken wings and the Post Spicy Flatbread. Omg it was amazing! The restaurant was busy for a Monday night and I can see why! The outdoor deck is not waterfront but you can see the river from the deck. I cannot tell you how amazing this place is! Try it if you're in the area!"

"Excellent location with very cool environment and great patio space! Situated in the old post office - just off the Main Street - with excellent staff and good food/drink options. The Salmon was great with decent sides. The drinks were okay but a little more spendy; - the food will make up for that though!"
