"The ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator went out after 1 year, so I contacted Samsung who assigned them to replace it under the 2 year manufacturer warranty in 2021. The tech that replaced it from Technical Difficulties told me it now had a lifetime warranty due to the lawsuits Samsung has faced about their ice makers. It worked fine for a little more than another 2 years until it started having problems again. I contacted Technical Difficulties, and they refused to replace it since it was now out of warranty, even though their employee had told me differently when they first replaced it. I’ve now had to replace it on my own and will never do business with Technical Difficulties again since they don’t keep their word."
