"Wonderful food! I eat a lot of Asian food in the Twin Cities and was excited to try this place in Baldwin with my Mom. The Empress pork is best when freshly made because the crispy fried exterior is perfect before it has a chance to absorb the sauce. I delighted in the perfect vegetables and bright colors of this meal. The sweet and sour sauce is very good. It is a homemade sauce with a nice punchy flavor. The fried rice has a nice deeply caramelized flavor to it— something that comes from a perfected sauce recipe. Enjoyed my birthday here in the humble & quaint surroundings. Affordable & friendly. Yum!"
