"Honestly would give 0 stars if I could….. I grew up in Baldwin and as long as I remember this location has always been terrible but it’s just gone way down hill the last few years. I hardly go anymore and the couple times I do it’s always terrible service my most recent one the lady was just standing there at the front counter looking at me and my son didn’t say hi clearly didn’t want to be there. I want to say 1 year ago I went witching the time they were open, I was waiting in line for 20 minutes only waited that long because the kids had to have DQ got up to the speaker saw that the sign said they closed at 6 I had pulled up to the speaker before 6 waited then the minute it turned 6 they came on and said we are closed like um sir I had pulled up before you closed like what. I had a full line behind me so I couldn’t even back out so then I had to wait for the people in front to get their stuff before I could even get out. Once I drove by the window they looked at me and started laughing glad to know that not serving someone who was clearly there before you closed and purposely ignored so you didn’t have to serve them is funny to you. I’m honestly surprised this location is still in business!"

"Have been there two times this past month and both times they have messed up my order. The first time the lady was nice enough to fix it, this last time this old lady gave me this “well you didn’t speak loud enough” excuse after I had said that we had order two cones and were given sundaes. This old lady was rude and snappy and I had enough of that and just drove off with the sundaes because what old lady has the right to talk to her customers that way after the she is the one to mess up the order."

"Only one in the drive though… order a blizzard with chocolate ice cream, they make it with vanilla. Then they remake it and hand it to me half full. Fast food also not very fast."

"Went to the Baldwin Dairy Queen for supper yesterday. See the pictures to what we found the kitchen looking like. Garbage overflowing everywhere. Food waste laying on the counters, floors and even on the machines. Ice cream was everywhere as well. We did not eat there and don't recommend you do either. I will say it was a holiday, but there is no reason not to take a minute to empty the garbage can or wipe up spilled food."

"We ordered 2 cherry mister misty floats. One was red and the other was white with a blotch of red on one side. I said to the young man, “That doesn’t look like a cherry Mister misty” He holds it up and points the the blotch of red and says yes it is and hands it to me. I told him it wasn’t right and he said he couldn’t take it back. I sat there looking at him and he finally said I can make you another and I said thank you. But why was I stuck driving around looking for a garbage for the one that was wrong?!!!"
