"TLDR; fast turn-around, excellent service & communication! First time experience with Paramount was great! I called asking about an inspection, was able to drop off my car that same day. I received a quote with pictures online & a phone call as well. I was unfamiliar with auto-insurance deductibles & when to make a claim, and Mike even helped me through that over the phone. They needed to order parts in & I received phone call updates about their inspections & shipping delays, etc. I had 4 broken parts & 1 part wasn’t available from the dealer (old car) so they found another solution to repair & I had my car returned to me within 2 days of dropping it off. I told them I worked from home and without an appointment thought they’d have my car for at least a week."

"Made my appointment showed up for my oil change today 1/11/24. It would have been 110 bucks if I needed to rotate my tires. I rolled out of there paying 58 bucks after the first time customer discount. They told me my tires didn't need rotation... (So that means they were honest about my tires tread and didn't charge me extra money for something I didn't need!) Ill take that into consideration next time I need an oil change or an inspection.
