"Service most of the time is very rude. A lot of the the times the pharmacy technicians don’t even have prescriptions ready. Always passive aggressive. There is one worker who’s a younger lady and she’s typically very nice and another one who’s a guy and he’s nice. The other workers in the pharmacy always have an attitude. Terrible service but at-least it’s open 24/7."

"Slowest pharmacy ever. I changed to CVS and it’s so much better. My wife still gets prescriptions here, I had to bring in two for her and you have to drop off the same place as pick up which is so ridiculous. The line was 8 people and it never moved so I left. Why they can’t use one of the other windows just to drop off a prescription is beyond me."

"Their pharmacy staff are overworked. They are always giving more than 110%. Yet they try to remain friendly while being helpful and accommodating. I feel like Walgreens under appreciates the amazing job their RX staff does with the unbelievably large volume of prescriptions they process each and everyday on top of answering phones, questions from customers at the counter and customers at the drive through. Plus contacting physicians for refills and verifications. In addition their drive up window sucks and so their employees have to freeze in order to communicate with their drive up customers. It's a shame that they constantly seem overworked here compared to other pharmacies that are also overworked but not to the extent they are overworked here. Kudos to their employees for always working at such high speeds. I can only imagine no matter how hard they work, it must feel like they'll never catch up. If you come and your prescriptions haven't come up to be filled yet, they will expedite your order and fill it as fast as they can."

"I'm gonna be honest, I have no idea why the reviews for this place are so low. I've lived in Woodbury all my life, and I've come to this location more times than most of the people with one star reviews. I've never had a bad experience coming here, and now that I'm using the pharmacy here too, it's still consistently good. The cashiers are nice, and the pharmacy people are chill. I don't know what else one could want from these people."

"I have experienced rude staff on numerous occasions. There are some kind people working there but more often than not the staff is rude. Every time I go here there is another issue: long long long wait times, rude staff, issue with my medication, etc. I understand they are often very busy and likely short staffed but at least be kind to your customers if they are treating you with respect as well. Unfortunately changing pharmacies because picking up my prescriptions is constantly difficult here."
