"Lady there was snarky and rude when I asked if I could get 5’s for change and said “this isn’t a bank”"

"I tried to use my gift cards there today I have $225 worth of them the lady there was very rude and had several people go ahead of me having me wait when I was in line she refused to help me get gas said my cards didn't have money on them even after I called and checked my balance I asked her to manually put the numbers in please she said she has been working there for 3 years and that isn't able to be done and again turned me away I spoke with a person from the gift card number who again said yes I do have money on them and that it can be entered manually and that holiday is responsible to exchange my gift cards for one's that will work please make this possible."
