Caribou Coffee

"kind of weird to write a review of a chain coffee shop, but caribou is a MN company and this branch is fantastic. great staff, consistently good coffee and they do a good job getting people to move thru the line without being jerks to them."

"While normally the food and drinks are vary good; however, today the Chai Latte was nearly all milk, little tea. We were looking forward to our drinks. We would just ask for more care and attention to orders. Thank you"

"It is really disheartening how this location has gone downhill. The quality of their drinks has declined. Their whip creams are like water, their cups are always covered in water. To make it worse, they only have a couple good employees who are kind and care about the products they make. Whenever there are long wait times, no one apologizes for that, or is even any nicer because of it. I am going to have to start going to another location outside of the town I live in a guess since this one shows no signs of improving. I only gave 2 stars because of the 2 decent employees they have. I'm not paying increased prices for a product that has zero care in it."

"The customer service here is above and beyond. My boyfriend and I frequent this caribou (probably too much) and have always had a delightful experience. There was one day where we had accidently put our order in for a different caribou a few towns over and they still filled our order when we came though the drive though. Truly a great business. The only critique I have is their coffee is sometimes a bit inconsistent. Most days it's great! Some days, however, we'll get coffee that is more bitter or more sweet. Usually it's spot on though. If you're looking for a good cup of coffee with lots of ways to customize it, caribou in Hastings is the place to go!"

"This Hastings, MN store does not have online ordering. The lines are always really really long here. There is a dedicated parking spot for online orders and in numerous places they claim that you can skip the line if you use their mobile app to order ahead. You can't skip the really long line by ordering ahead like they advertise. They need to remove this signage and free up a parking spot. Other neighboring businesses like Great Clips and the UPS Store could use an extra spot that Caribou is claiming for mobile orders. As previous reviews indicate, online ordering has been unavailable for at least 3 months, possibly more despite all the on-site advertising. Also when I visited most recently they were all out of coffee. How is a coffee shop out of coffee? It's called Caribou Coffee."
