"I spent 25 minutes in the line to order and watched multiple cars leave, frustrated in the amount of time it was taking to get through the line. Once at the window I received part of my order, waited another 5-8 minutes, received more of my order and then after another 5 minutes of sitting there eventually just drove away without having my order completed, having spent almost 35 minutes total here. The hash browns I ordered were burnt and not good. Not a pleasant experience but it seemed pretty obvious while observing inside that the staff was way understaffed and overwhelmed."

"my friend and i waited a very long after first struggling to get the drive thru lady to even understand us at all (many repeats.) the whole situation was weird and difficult. they messed up both of our drinks, and then when i told them my drink was messed up the lady snapped at me and tried to gaslight me that i ordered something different. very unsatisfactory"

"Only way to get an actual HOT decaf coffee is to either order a latte of some sort or as an Americano. Food is hit or miss if it's anything other than donuts and definitely not worth what they charge. The refreshers seem good and have heard no complaints from the family about them. Service is more miss than hit if going inside the store. I understand this, however, as it's hard to keep staffing up, especially in the food service industry, over the last several years."

"Drinks were good. Food was ok. Employees were nice but they were short staffed...not their fault. Everyone is!! This location coukd use a good a cleaning. Nothing wiped down and glass was very dirty too. Located right off the highway but very busy and hard to access or leave. It also does not have very much parking."

"Paid $6 for two things of the Snackin’ bacon. This is what I received. Black and burnt. The taste was unbearable. These employees need to ask themselves “would I eat this?” If the answer is no then don’t give it to the customer!!! I am low on funds and wanted to give myself a small treat. Very disappointed. The dog wouldn’t even eat it."
