"I wish I could give DWR SF 0 stars, but 1 star is the lowest rating allowed on Google. My experience with them was absolutely dreadful, and I feel it's important to caution potential buyers. I ordered a Cube Sofa from DWR, and it was repeatedly delayed, causing months of frustration. Recently, during one delivery attempt, the white glove service delivery personnel asked me to come outside, which was unusual. To my dismay, they presented an empty truck, citing a mistake at their warehouse that prevented my sofa from being delivered. This wasted a significant portion of my day. Subsequent delivery attempts were also unsuccessful, prompting me to resort to disputing the transaction through my Amex purchase protection services. It was hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Despite DWR's promise of compensating me with gift cards, which I thought would be a good gesture, I have yet to receive anything, even after a few months. Additionally, to complete my dining setup with my Saarinen table, also a DWR product, I purchased 6 Tulip chairs, each costing ~$2,500 before tax. Upon inspection, I discovered scratches and uneven surfaces on a couple of the chairs. Despite assurances of exchanges, I'm still waiting for resolution. This particular order was through DWR online, so I guess it's loosely related to the SF store, though. Communication with both my sales associate and the store manager has been frustratingly slow. Email responses usually take about a week, and my last email to the manager went unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored and disregarded. Overall, my experience with DWR SF has been deeply disappointing, marked by delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises. I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution."

"This is DWR’s newly opened flagship store (studio) few blocks away from the previous location. It gives lots of inspiration and I can say it is a must-visit place in SF!"
