"I enrolled my 2 daughters here after their favorite daycare worker transitioned to employment with Creekside. At the time, they were brand new and were still sorting out things such as staffing, processes and care plans. Any time I have had an issue, I was welcomed by all staff members to provide feedback and saw results each time. This daycare is really getting into their routine, and I can happily say that I would recommend them whole heartedly. Katie and Carrie have gone above and beyond my expectations, and have always in my mind been fair and honest. As we do with everything else in life, give them an opportunity to show you that they are worth more than the sum of a few negative reviews. You won’t regret it."

"My kids have been going to this preschool for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier. Teachers and staff are incredible, facility is always clean and well kept, and my kids absolutely adore going to school! Couldn’t ask for a better preschool to enroll my kids in. Thank you creekside!"

"let me just say i wasnt expecting to change my review. Carrie is very rude as well as the director Katie. I dont know if carrie has any kids but katie Does not. They both definitely make the daycare seem like its more of a business making money off of kids rather than a comforting space / second home for the kids. Most of the daycare ladies who actually spend time and watch the kids are awesome. Specifically the infant workers. There are i think 3 or 4 who are always with the babies and they are sweet and always treated my son as their own. The school age teachers were also sweet to my daughter. My daughter(school age) is very honest and let me know that she only had 3 of the teachers she liked. The others she didnt interact with as much so i couldnt say. All i know is the main owner and director Carrie and Katie do not care about your kids. Im not going into detail but as of this week my kids will not be going to this daycare ever again. I appreciate all the help and care they provided but im not comfortable with my kids staying any longer as the Director Katie and the Owner Carrie seem to treat the kids as financial gain alone. They dont really CARE about the kids. They are NOT personable or family oriented whatsoever. Its about money for them. If i were a daycare OWNER i wouldnt call myself an owner i would call myself a caregiver because i would always have kids to take care of whether im in the facility or not. But thats just me."

"I thought I was officially done having to hear about this center that became a nightmare for our family. But my child action worker has let me know they have yet to receive a response from them regarding my child action sheet. We were referred to this center by an older center that my daughter went too previously. While attending here, i have never experienced such unprofessionalism before when it comes to licensed adults in charge of the SAFTY of kids. Of course not saying my daughter is perfect. But Multiple times my daughter came home with marks & bruises from other kids. Specifically other Boys. When she would try to let teachers know, they would tell her to stop Telling on other kids and to get over it. They had teachers in here walking around with crop top shirts showing their piercings. And any time I tried to speak to them, I can not express to you enough the level of disinterest I received, How much they did not care at all. They Just cared about their own image and job position. To the fact where they would complain about my daughter And talk highly of themselves. The day I decided enough was enough was when my daughter came home with a DARK LINE from a BRUISE wrapped around her neck from a child putting an actual jump rope around her neck & pulling. (Let me not forget to tell you how many times you would walk in too teachers standing on their phone instead of engaging) I Pulled her out due to her safety. I talked to the new manager at the time. This company went through so many of them in the little time my daughter was enrolled here. She expressed herself how she is learning about the team working there and is very concerned and is going to try her best to make the changes that is needed because of how much this place is failing and NOT safe for kids. I hope she was able to do so. I contacted them about my Daughters belongings she had left in her cubby. And got no response. I even went into the center myself to simply retrieve it & I was told o have to wait until the director reaches back out to me so I can go back another day to get my OWN DAUGHTERS THINGS !!!? But of course after all these months. Nothing. My child action worker ended up filing against them & I had too as well. But like I said in the beginning. After all this time & my worker reaching out to them regarding July attendance form still not being processed. Here we are. All pictures & incidents were documented. --- update on my response to Owners defense response. The fact that NONE of this was documented in your office and you are trying to accuse me of being a defensive parent like the other parents here leaving reviews is VERY alarming on how yourself as an owner to Multiple Daycare Facility handles these types of situations. And quite honestly gave the perfect example of how I said the other adults/teachers respond, to a negative feedback. I will update the worker at community care licensing thank you."

"My children have been enrolled in this preschool since it opened it doors. I am a very active parent I speak to all of the staff and owners. My children have always been very happy there and well taken care of. There has been some staff turnover but never ever have I felt that my children were not safe or not tended to. Staff has always communicated well and is very welcoming.I highly recommend this child care."
