"They installed a furnace twice the size that was necessary, and not what they quoted me. Due to this, the humidity in my home has been consistently 79 or more percent, causing mold throughout as well as harming my health. This was following the incomplete installation, damaging my walls and adding additional holes to both the interior and exterior, cutting and altering wires because they knew it was too big for my house and leaving their garbage everywhere. I tried having them come out and fix it, but when they left it still didn't work properly and I received a substantial bill for the visit. When I reached out to them about this and the improper install, I received horrible treatment, and the owner will not have a documented conversation with me. I have requested my money back, so a real contractor can fix this, with no response. I have been reaching out and begging for help for 7 months, and been ignored or treated terribly. I am sick constantly due to this, but they do not care. I have had 2 other professionals confirm my fears, and they were mortified at what they saw and heard. I am trapped with no way out."
