"Had to grab our own silverware and exchange a dirty cup. The whole crew seemed frustrated that we came in at 7:15 and even more annoyed that someone came in at 7:50. They said they closed at 8 but the internet says 9? Pizza was great!"

"It's just a chain pizza place that's been around a long time. Service could be better, had a group of 5 and only received 2 plates, 3 forks. Had to ask for more. Didn't receive any drink refills. We thought service would be alot better as there was only one other group in there."

"Place is a joke! Went down hill fast, used to order quite often but this last order was over and 1 1/2 wait, when I called to check on it the person was very rude, I understand you get busy but maybe if you pay your staff a decent wage you'd be able to keep your employees!!"

"So I went in on a Friday night with my brother and we live an hour away. We get there and the poor team is absolutely swamped they have only one Manager and the poor dude is trying his best whilst the other people there are being super rude to him for something he can't control. Yes the wait was crazy long but he warned everyone who came in that it would be and gave them an estimate. They had no right to be angry. He compensated when he could and everyone got fresh food. My food was great and still warm when I got home an hour later. The poor manager said he hadn't gotten a day off in 3 weeks. Bless that poor man hope he gets a good nap"

"Ordered a pizza and it was burnt, hard and so greasy it was inedible. I contacted customer service and was told someone would get in touch with me. That never happened, I have repeatedly contacted them to try and get this resolved and no one has bothered to get in touch with me if this is the way they treat customers there's plenty of other pizza places in Cloquet that have great service and friendly delivery people."
