"Moved here 9 months ago, and have been coming here almost everyday. Lol The food, the cleanliness, the workers, are all 5 star in my book. I'm not sure what these other folks with negative reviews, are even going on about. I'm just speaking on my own experiences here. I give respect and patience, and get it in return. That simple. Anyways, I do see the little extras ya'll throw in sometimes. I really do notice and appreciate it more than ya'll know. So, thank you for making my food, as well as making my day with the smiles and kindness. "Hey my names M, I placed an online order." lol"

"Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and not even a “I’ll be with you in just a moment” from a worker on the speaker. Eventually we went inside to find a mess, there was barely any customers and yet the people in the kitchen were an absolute mess. Fries were cold as ice and unsalted, asked for 2 plain cheeseburgers and both of them had ketchup mustard and Pickels. Horrible service and food."

"Typical BK. I've always been happy with the food...when I get it. This BK has a problem giving you all of the food you paid for. This is not the first time this has happened. It's every time. Out of four chicken nugget kids meals we received zero, yes you read that right, zero nuggets in any of them. I live 45 minutes away so driving back is not an option. Done with this BK."

"I came here on 12/5/23. The food was decent, quality and taste you’d expect. So pretty good. What really stood out was how friendly and fast the service was. I think it was the shift lead that helped me with my order, and gave it to me. She was super friendly and informative. Even with a decent line of cars, my food came out quicker than expected and freshly prepared"

"10/18/21: went thru the drive thru. First, there was a teenager on the headset who didn't know what he was doing. We had to repeat our order 4 times. Then when we got our food, my plain only cheese sandwich had about half a jar of mayo on it, too much lettuce, the bun was soaked & it was falling apart. We eat here a lot & have never had such a bad experience. Update 6/2023: After working here, I understand why it was so bad. Nobody cares! There is one manager in the whole store who even cares about her job. Most of the employees never last more than a few months & the manager Molly has actually said she hates her job. The district manager doesn't care about quality & is worse than any of the employees. What kind of manager steps out to smoke every single hour then tells the employees they cant?? If you don't like the service, come back in a month. There will be a whole new set of employees to disappoint you. 8/2023: Came through & ordered the Italian original chicken & when we got to the window, was given the crispy instead of being informed ahead of time that the Italian was no longer in. When I asked the manager on duty (4pm) to fix it, he got very snarky, rude & tried to double charge us for a sandwich we didn't want after asking him to replace it in the first place. You can tell the sandwich was thrown together in frustration. The only reason I come back is because they are the only one between Cloquet & Rush City."
