"McDonald's is one of my family's favorite places to eat. This being said the food tasted old/dry and horrible service. I complained about my meal and waited 20 minutes and still didn't get my new meal. I watched several workers handling food with out gloves and handling money. I watch one worker go up to the sink and rinsed his hands and not even use soap. The lobby was not clean at all by any means. I will not being coming back to this McDonald's due to it being unsanitary. The funny thing was that the men's bathroom was more sanitary then the restaurant it self. SAD!"

"I was asked to wait at the ordering window, so I did. 3 minutes later they asked for my order... I pulled up to the pay window and paid... then pulled up to the pick up window only to sit for another 2 minutes... Then I was told to pull to the "third window"... That's not marked and I had no idea where to go.... Ended up parking right next to a group of customers trying to enjoy their meal but it turns out your "third window" is right next to a table inside your restaurant... I had to sit there for six or seven minutes face to face with a family of people trying to enjoy their meal but I was in a car outside a window waiting for food that I had already paid for... Uncomfortable"
