"Top quality and professional service. No joke, the quality is here. This is the place to buy your cabinets and countertops. The cabinets are AWESOME for the price. Yes you can get less expensive at places like Home Cheapo or if you want meatballs while shopping, but the details matter. And other places aren't really that much cheaper. Not only do they look great but the cabinets have high quality hardware and construction... And they have the service to back it up. I bought one of their less expensive options and I am amazed at what I got. "M" was super helpful in picking out the right style to fit our budget and knew how to design the layout for efficiency and an amazing look. He had the knowledge and took the time to adjust dimensions so we could get away with purchasing fewer pieces of countertop which saved us a ton of money. Anyone who has done home improvement knows that nothing ever goes perfectly; this team knows too. They were happy to repaint a cabinet door that had a small blemish and had the countertop installer return to my home to address small issues with fit between countertop and cabinet doors. Try getting that somewhere else. My concerns were not even questioned by their team.... they were solved!!! Don't let the laid back atmosphere of the showroom fool you, these people are professionals and know how to provide customer service. I wish other businesses took care of their clients the same way."

"Cabinets 101 offers quality cabinets and accessories at reasonable prices with extraordinary customer service. I recently re-did my kitchen, and ordered new custom cabinets from Stan. He personally measured, then re-measured, then produced a detailed rendering for review. Suggested changes were incorporated , advice was requested and received. Everything was delivered and everything fit. Defect free. Meanwhile, I was unable to find the granite colors I wanted for the new countertops and backsplash. I was on theverge of giving up the search and taking something less desirable. But Stan didn't give up. He exercised his network of suppliers to get me the granite I wanted at a price I could afford. "Well, after a meeting in the store, I sent him my dimensions and he ignored my emails, so I guess he wasn't interested in my project. Just wish he had told me that rather than ignoring me. My email tracking program shows he looked at my email several times."

"Terrible customer service and business practice! I called them based on a friend’s recommendation, Stan ( owner) had the personality of a slug, rude and short on the phone. He did come out and was friendlier at my home to measure etc. I didn’t need the custom vanity for 3-4 months and he said that was fine, and that I could let him know about 1 month out. I stopped by to pick out the hardware, again, back to rude customer service. I should have went else where immediately, but because of my friend’s recommendation, I didn’t. Needless to say, I called three times 1 month out when the cabinet was needed, and never heard back. My entire remodel was put back 3 more months because I had to go else where. What a joke! How they stay in business with that sour, rude owner is beyond me! Stay away!"
