"Sold me broken furniture did not listen to customer nor did anything to try to help the situation. Larrys’s (the owner) policy is once you take a broken item it is your responsibility and your fault. It hurts to post this review I don’t normally do negative reviews but I have no choice in this case. My mom is a loyal customer and prefers to support smaller business over going down the street and easily purchasing from Costco or Ashley furniture. Sadly never returning to this establishment. Michael (salesperson manger) is a rude salesperson, interrupts and is one sided when it comes to fixing an issue from an item sold from their store. These guys don’t know the first thing when it comes to customer service and appreciation. It’s unfortunate to say that you can not trust this store following up with any future issues once the purchase is final, even if it’s as soon as unboxing the item. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"We did some research before purchasing couches and Valley Furniture had exactly what we were looking for. Judy was very helpful and showed us the available options and even offered to special order something if we wanted. We purchased in store and had same day delivery plus old couches picked-up. The delivery crew was great also, on time and set up couches without any issue. Overall a very smooth experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for couches."
