"Shop other stores online! Joann doesn’t care about the customer. The store is an absolute mess with bolts of fabrc thrown everywhere, fabric in wrong places, no bathroom, empty notion racks, etc.. And sale prices aren’t marked correctly so when you get to checkout thinking it’s one price and they charge more, too bad. They won’t/can’t make an adjustment even though it’s their fault, so you’re stuck with it. Not worth it!"

"UPDATES: 7pm I was just stopped trying to go in and told at the door that they are closing now sorry, I asked what the actual hours are now please??; it's 10:00AM-7:00PM (6PM Sun). Why can't they update hours online or even put a sign up on site? I went ahead and made an hours edit suggestion to Google Maps. --- Would normally give 5 stars as they almost always have what I need or I can find a substitute - BUT I have to be able to get into the store first. This has happened multiple times at this location but this last week especially, the randomly changing hours thing is driving me insane! Just last night I came by and found it closed 2 hrs early, with a sign on the door saying all this week close at 7pm. Okay, fine, so I run over here again today after work 6:30pm...CLOSED! Now the note has changed, closing at random times 3pm, 4pm, 6pm all week, and today's date has 4pm taped over the 6pm...what the hell?? Worrying if you will be actually open or not while trying to finish handmade gifts this year sucks!"
