"I've been to this place a couple times, and every time I've gone now I got some excellent service. The guys that are at the register always answer my questions and give me amazing recommendations when it came to which sours and which ever other drinks I were getting during my trip here. The recommendations about the drekkar brand and the rar brands or even when it came to which brewery to look out for. (Kings Brewery btw). Love this place and do plan to come back whenever they get new shipments of stuff. Recently came by because they were able to get some of the Arizona Hards. Hoping they will be able to get other things exclusive to other places like the Mountain Dew Hard stuff."

"I've placed a few orders with CBK. The last one by far took the cake. Was supposed to be signature required, but UPS left the box at "other" which must have been someone elses' home because I have no beer and no refund. Have contacted the company several times with extremely poor response time and customer service. I will thread the emails in, but the company clearly does not want to help. Don't order from this company, as others have said there are plenty of other services out there. I recommend crafty beer market. Shame on you craft beer kings."

"I ordered the Belgium Box for my brother in law for Christmas and it arrived with a couple of bottles broken and leaked in box. I contacted support with pictures and it took a few weeks for them to even respond with a solution. They credited me the 2 bottles without even a conversation. While I appreciate the refund it doesn't fix the gift I sent to someone. Customer service is awful! BTW this is second year I sent gift and no issues the first time. You responded to my comments. The thing is it took over a month for you to respond and do the refund and you never ever discussed anything with me. It was a gift and this was not the resolution I wanted if you bothered to ask."

"Horrible experience with this company. Great concept, terrible service and delivery. I recently ordered a German Gift Box of 12 German beers for a colleague at work. The logistics vendor was delayed and left the beer box on the truck overnight during the unseasonably cold weather resulting in the beer freezing and all bottles being compromised. Some bottles were completely empty upon delivery while others were partially empty. I’ve written CBKs multiple times offering the order number and pictures and have yet to receive a response. Do not deal with this company unless you’re willing to roll the dice. Too many other reputable options."
