"First of all I don’t see how you call this a 7-Eleven, when they’re only open 7 to 9. Everything is constantly broke at the 7-Eleven, from the soda machines to the dairy case. The owner, Rishi, doesn’t care about the store or the customers, because if you complain to him that you’re unhappy with anything in the store he will throw you out. This is not how you treat customers. This convenience store should not be allowed to use the 7-Eleven name when they do not keep up with one single 7-Eleven standard that I’ve come so used to. Save your money and go to the Circle K where they always have everything in stock and ready to serve you with a smile."

"Called to check on an items availability. Female clerk hung up repeatedly. Finally answered, said she would check. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then the call ended, I am unsure if they hung up or if the phone just shuts off after a certain point. I called back again and they didn’t answer. I understand stores can be busy and it can be stressful to deal with calls in addition to store customers, but this clerk and location have made it clear that they don’t care about potential customers or people in general."

"I drive from Long Beach to Newport Beach every morning usually around 6AM for work. Today I slept in and at 8AM I stopped by my usual 7eleven and there was a new person working with the Owners son. Now there is usually another tall owners son there who is nice and very hard working and someone who always says hello. Today I got the evil son who could not understand that I play the 7 eleven system. I used my share of points and was over charged and when the Saddam Hussein child Uday decided to get into the mix he threw my money back at me and told me to leave. All I wanted to know is why was I being charged $2 for a $.99 cent donuts and he freaked out. Not to mention under his tutelage the coffee did not taste good and that is the exact reason I go there..because his kind brother's management style insures consistency. Hey Uday! go screw yourself!!!!!!!"
