"Purchased two bottles for cellaring totaling more than $300 from Napa and Sonoma. Specifically requested that an ice pad was placed inside the box. Both items were for a 15 year wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, no ice pad included and both bottles were more than warm to the touch. Highly disappointed with this company. I did receive an explanation other than it is common practice to include ice pads. I wonder why it was missed then?"

"I am a repeat customer 3 times plus. Recently I placed another order, and my card was declined. The reason possible fraudulent activity. Checked with my bank, all is okay. I have made several other purchases.. no problems. Tried to order from wine .com again .. same issue. Asked them to check with their Merchant financial service company, Worldpay... must be a glitch there. THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT DO THAT - I ASKED WHY NOT -YOU ARE THE MERCHANT CUSTOMER? THEY SAID TO USE DIFFERENT CARD. I SAID NO ...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THERE ARE OTHER ONLINE WINE SHOPS THAT HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!"

"You can't get the wine delivered on time: The courier doesn't' even try to ring the bell and thus they say your order could not be delivered. You should add 3-4 days to the ETA provided by Wine.com. I will never buy again from it."

"I should have read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered 2 items for a Christmas gift. They shipped one of the two, but billed both, AND my emails SAYS they shipped both. They did not. I tried to call customer service many times, no one ever answers. So I chatted with someone online after waiting over 30 mins. He just said, sorry don't know when it will ship. I asked for someone to call me, he said he would make a note. Do NOT buy from this company"

"I used to buy a LOT at this site. I always look for some coupons to save some money on great (expensive) wines and go in person to pick up the order at a close by warehouse in Medley Florida. Despite the coupons I normally spend from $200 to $1000 every few months. Now many problems has occurred, one wine that was advertised at $7.99 and I ordered 20 bottles didn't went thru bad next day the price was double. Nobody wanted to match the old price. More recent (yesterday) I placed an order for $105 and applied a coupon for $30 off. Since I was going to pick this up (as always) I chat with a client rep online to get an adjustment on the shipping charges, she did adjusted that but the $30 off coupon was gone and now I have dedicate half a day to get this resolve and still the best they want to offer is a $30 credit (to apply on future orders). I said NO. The coupon was meant to save me $30, to have those $30 in my pocket not into the corporation bank account. Poor costumer services and inefficient website that makes unclear which orders qualify for Local Pick up an which doesn't. I'll move all my business to the newest - closet Total Wine & More. I have gone there many times and they do whatever to make you happy and save you some money!"
