"Very bad service and unprofessional. Also, the lady was very disrespectful and everything is expensive you can find the same item cheaper at Sally’s that’s why the store has no customers. They just go in and out immediately. Customers are not welcomed here!!!"

Fes always takes his time to make sure I purchase the right extensions, he is great at color matching and gives the best experience while being there. He treats every client like a friend and makes sure they are happy when they leave. The other employees are always great at helping and recommending products as well !"

"Fer was amazing and helped me out with some hair extensions. He didn't have my color in-stock but assured me if he ordered them for me they would arrive within a week and was correct! Love the quality of the human hair extensions. Excellent quality and service!"

"beyond wonderful service! Fess, the manager of the store showed great customer service and helped my friend and I pick out some fun wigs! Spent over an hour here trying on different styles and just had a wonderful and FUN experience! We will defiantly be back!! They also carry a great selection of colored contacts, fake eyelashes, and makeup for great prices :)"
